  • Thanksgiving sort of seems like a while ago!

My favorite holiday filled with food, family and photos has come and gone. Now the focus has shifted to work/social holiday parties and gift shopping for the love ones. I find the month of December to be rather exhausting, although extremely fulfilling. Between work, holiday parties, my soap business and family, my skin and I sometimes begin to wear thin. So to balance out the rush of the season I wanted to share a few skincare tips  to keep you glowing for holiday gatherings and gift giving. Preventive care is always easier than restorative, so  keep in mind a few things while navigating your way through the final weeks before Christmas.

Drink Water! - In between your eggnog . . pumpkin spice latte. . soda. . coffee whatever your vice, balance it out with water to keep your body flushed of toxins and  sugar while conquering Christmas lists and holiday menus. It will help keep your face breakout free.

Chose a veggie and commit! - This goes for the whole month. Your going to be eating grand - enjoy! On your down time, switch up the family and party comfort food options with maybe carrots or blueberries, a lot of  veggies will pass along an antioxidant or two. I'm on a carrot kick for the month - were in this together!

Don't forget a bedtime wash - Your face will be enduring a lot over this family and friends overloaded month. Washing your face of all the toxins and impurities from the day will go a long way towards waking up with a fresh face. . and glowing complexion to mirror the royal spirit within! Taila.Made natural soaps are a great option for this step. .during the holiday - or any other time ;) .

Finally . . enjoy - your skin is healthiest when you are happiest so soak in every last second with your favorites this holiday season, that will give you the biggest glow out of the above in my opinion.

    Be thankful. . . Happy holidays :) !
