  • So remember our chat on Tea Soaps a few weeks ago?

Taila.Made Tea soaps have been flying off the racks in the studio leading me to think you all enjoy the idea of soaps, internally and externally. So I figured this week, why not share a few Tea rinses you can use while in the shower to help maintain your royal glow. Adding a quick cup of tea rinse at the end of your shower will give your skin an extra kick, while also providing a quick shot of pamper, no matter your time constraints.

Pick your brew from below. Boil a cup of tea of your choice and allow to cool. You decide if you would like organic teabags or loose tea . Pour over skin after bathing with. . Taila.Made soaps ;) or the soap of your choice; finish by rinsing off with water.

    Rinses
Green Tea - A great rinse for both hair and skin, as it protects both from sun damage. Green tea is great at toning oily skin types and can help to dissolve blackheads.

Chamomile Tea- This is an eczema enduring skin type go to tea, both to drink as well as to bathe with. It calms the skin, reduces redness, balances the skin’s oils, and has antibacterial properties that reduce acne. It may reduce the symptoms of eczema and psoriasis. Add a cup to your bath or spritz after bathing, for optimal results.

Rosehip Tea- A great tea for all skin types. It calms and soothes and may help reduce redness while being an excellent moisturizer. If you are dealing with acne, rosacea, eczema or sensitive skin, I suggest giving this tea a try.

Hibiscus Tea - Is great for its anti aging properties as well as its skin soothing, softening, and brightening properties.

Earl Grey Tea - Is a great way to minimize the puffiness around your eyes. Just cover your eyes with two used tea bags and watch your eyes get a instant perk up.

So make tea your best friend this week and indulge after your shower or bath. Let me know how you feel after trying it a few times a week for a couple of weeks. Stay Royal!

Do you have a tea tradition? If so, be sure to share below!
