During Lakme Fashion Week designer Daniel Syiem's ETHNIC Fashion House revealed his 2013 resort collection 'Ryndia' to the world . Textiles of Meghalaya were credited as the backbone of the show, ivory and begie pieces blended together looked super clean and comfortable. The fabric choice was rich in culture and texture , which can be seen from a distance. Syiem placed emphasis on using hand woven fabric from Bhoi district in Meghalaya. His presentation is example to India's North-Eastern's rich culture, well illustrated.
