Time for an eczema DIY for the week.
Did anyone try to make the DIY eczema soap from a few weeks ago? If so, how did it turn out, have you noticed relief since using? I hope so, so now that we have the a soap, lets make a spray for when those dry cracked spots- begin to ooze, and itch.Which my hands have been doing a little bit of lately. The Wellness Mama blog provided a great DIY recipe that I want to share with you today. Only a few ingredients and your good to go. Head over to Wellness Mama's blog or scroll down for the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of distilled water
- 1 tablespoon Himalayan salt or sea salt
- pinch of Epsom salt or magnesium flakes
- Essential oil of choice for scent
Add salt and Epsom salt/magnesium (if using) to warm water and stir until salt is completely dissolved.

If you wear sunglasses, be sure to clean them as frequent as possible. You can actively do this on a day to day, or weekly basis to keep oil from clogging the pores around your eyes and nose. If you are a user of any kind of make-up or cosmetics always be sure to remove your makeup before you go to bed at night. If you have dirty hair or anything like that, try to keep dirty hair away from your face and clean up. If you are out a lot in the sun: Remember to protect your skin from the sun, as a tan can cause the body to produce extra sebum. This can very well worsen the acne that you have! rejuvenation skin treatment
