What gets you in the mood to grind?

Is it a certain playlist, food, or area that gets you focused and ready to conquer? Or is it perhaps something like a walk through the city or a trip to the museum? I find it so interesting the quirky rituals creatives use to get their imagination flowing.

If I'm pulling an all nighter - it's all about the music. It has to inspire, motivate. . and of course make me dance every so often. Since I've embarked on this natural and meditative lifestyle I find I really bond best with my work, early in the morning after a personal yoga session and once I lit aromatic candles in the studio. It gets my mind right, and will keep me in the zone for hours.
