It's Monday night, and your dreading work in the am.
What do you do to relax yourself in your final minutes of freedom? We all know the sleep from Sunday night, no matter the time you got to bed, always feels like a total of 3 or 4 hours. So I decided to incorporate a lil Spa Night pampering as reward for actually GOING to work. Depending on how my Monday went I'll spend a lil time giving myself a facial, manicure or pedicure. I swear, every girl should partake in the Spa Sunday or Monday night practice. Self care is mandatory, for Kings and Queens alike, so invest in yourself - mind body and spirit.
OK. So back to HOW to pamper yourself. We last chatted about Adovia's Dead Sea Face Mask, which I swear by! Aside from my Egyptian obsession and the product containing dead sea minerals, after the first use, my skin was super clear without feeling dried out. This is very important to me as I have drier spots around my nose and mouth. It was great, so I decided to try another product from their dead sea collection. This time around I chose a Dead Sea Salt Body Scrub.
At first open of the container I was immediately smitten with the beautiful Ocean Breeze fragrance contained in the scrub. A quick wash round with Taila.Made soap was followed up with an Adovia Salt Scrub down.With such a gentle exfoliation and heavenly aroma you can't help but to get lost in a sea of uplifting thoughts. Just what you need on a Monday night! Once rinsed off I was impressed with how smooth and soft my skin was . I smelled for hours after my shower, and was so calm. .
